Transparency on identity, custody, and liability
Canonical overview for international users. Covers GDPR/immutability, non-custodial posture, and oracle usage.
ODINID is the administrative software and identity layer of the ODINID cooperative environment. We are not a bank, an exchange, a payment processor, or a crypto-asset service provider. ODINID provides SaaS infrastructure for identity-first login, B2B ledger references, governance, WEV/accounting evidence, and non-custodial workflow support.
Terminology: NL_CORE is the Dutch cooperative software scope for identity, templates, read-only verification, WEV evidence, and Odoo administration. Bridge or token research is segregated from this production member scope.
No. The Dutch cooperative software scope (`NL_CORE`) does not custody member keys, member funds, Marmara Loops, lockbox funds, or payment means.
- We do not have access to your private keys or seed phrases.
- We do not sign, mint, redeem, broadcast, or move member assets.
- Member transactions are reviewed, signed, and broadcast locally by the member.
The live production scope is fail-closed as `NL_CORE`. Lab-only bridge or mint capabilities are not part of the Dutch cooperative member lane and require separate entity scope plus operator identity controls.
We use Self-Sovereign Identity (VerusID). Instead of storing passwords, you perform a cryptographic handshake:
- ODINID sends a unique challenge to you.
- You sign this challenge locally with your VerusID key.
- ODINID verifies the signature. Your credentials never leave your device.
Hackers cannot steal credentials from us because we hold nothing to steal.
ODINID is designed for quantum migration readiness, not for making blanket claims of quantum immunity today.
Our identity model is built on VerusID continuity. That means identity, claims, and ownership relationships can remain intact while signing keys are upgraded as stronger cryptographic standards become available.
Komodo technology has documented Dilithium-based post-quantum transaction capability on optional smart-chain paths. This supports our long-term migration strategy.
Current claim: architecture-ready for quantum migration. We do not claim full end-to-end post-quantum protection across every active chain flow today.
Voting is signed client-side with your VerusID:
- You select For or Against.
- Your wallet or local companion generates the digital signature.
- The signature is verified and recorded.
Because voting is tied to your unique VerusID, fraud is mathematically hard and easy to audit.
Transactions, proposals, and votes signed with your VerusID are broadcast to public blockchains (Verus, Marmara, etc.).
- Public nature: Once broadcast, data is permanent and visible to anyone running a node.
- No erasure: ODINID cannot delete or alter data confirmed on-chain, even if you later request account deletion.
- User responsibility: Do not embed personal information (PII) in memos, proposals, or content maps.
The ODINID portal and AI agents are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind.
- Software risk: Blockchain software, wallet companions, and public networks carry inherent risks (bugs, exploits, network failures).
- No financial advice: Status, pricing, and WEV evidence are informational only. Accounting and tax treatment remains the responsibility of the member and their qualified adviser.
- Liability cap: ODIN Cooperative and contributors are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages from using this interface or protocols.
No. ODINID may use AI-assisted documentation and evidence tools, but these are assistance surfaces only. They do not decide creditworthiness, approve member credit, admit or expel members, set redemption values, sign transactions, broadcast transactions, or initiate bank payments.
- WEV and pricing outputs are deterministic evidence and assumption models.
- AI/RAG answers must be checked against cited sources and human review.
- Do not enter WIFs, seed phrases, private keys, or confidential settlement data into AI tools.
Pricing is sourced primarily from trustless on-chain PBaaS converters. CoinGecko is used as a secondary fallback for redundancy.

- Anonymized requests: Calls are proxied through the ODINID backend; your IP and VerusID are not exposed to these providers.
- No tracking: We do not use third-party analytics scripts or pixels.
